Message	:please make sure they they realize that the lower intake on that VQ and others motors like the VG33(SOHC frontier/xtera) and the VG35(DOHC pathfinder) and the VG30 from the cima re designed very differnt than the lower intake from the Z32 VG30 like i posted here.. thanks! never saw that. looks like the lower could bolt right up to a VG30, then be modded as required for fuel injectors. then again, just do a VQ35 swap. :shrug: i don't now much , well nothing really about thermodynaminc but my limited spic common sense tells me the flow rate from a log intake on the Z32 lower CROSS intake will be worse then them cime and other VG/VQs with the vertical lower intake. I'm not saying to do away with runners entirelly. and the z32s 'cross' design lower plenum may appear to be more confining, but the cross sectional area of each lower plenum lower appears larger. (i have never held or compared the two ever in person). I'm just saying we need to try something. Anything. butt two coke cans together and weld em to something... anything. :) Petz #3
